You may be wondering what we mean by “supper club.”
Traditionally, a supper club has been a collective experience of close friends, without any hard rules, with only the expectation of sharing a good time.
We’d like to keep that sentiment, but instead of keep it to ourselves, bring it to you.
We are working with breweries and other local businesses to provide and execute an outdoor driven experience, sharing some of the things we love and find familiar with you. Our menus are carefully orchestrated, built around thematic elements of your choosing.
We would like to extend an invitation to join us, collaborate with us, and be a part of the Aegir Supper Club.
Have a drink, enjoy our food, and be a part of a community holding a readiness to share, not just dinner, but what you’re about.
Aegir is the Norse God of the Sea, as well as the god of brewing and festivals. Odin, Thor, Freyja, and many more would seek Aegir out to host feasts that celebrated victories and to honor those lost in defeat. Whatever the occasion, Aegir was called on to serve, to provide, and to entertain. ouR goal is to emulate that same spirit to provide you with a mythical experience.
